We have entered into an exciting time in our ministry where we have seen the Glory of the Lord revealed.
The year 2008 will hold special memories for us as we entered in to new relationships with friends around the world. But more so is the intimacy of the Father's love for us that He has poured out favor and blessing on us wherever we have traveled and ministered.
We have been humbled by the increase in the anointing in our meetings and the impact it has had on the lives of countless people. But surely without the hunger and desire of the people we would not have experienced the fire that fell in the meetings.
We are very excited about 2009 as our travels take us to new countries around the world as we endeavor to be obedient and minister His Word.

The Holy Spirit is a holy fire; He is a creative, life-giving force and a rushing mighty wind; He is the Comforter and the Spirit of the Living God.
The fire of the Holy Spirit represents God’s power. The cross represents the death, and the fire represents the victory.
Matthew 3:11 “I indeed baptize you with water unto repentance: but he that cometh after me is mightier than I, whose shoes I am not worthy to bear : he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost, and with fire”
When John baptized Jesus in the Jordan the Holy Spirit descended on Him in the form of a dove. Because of our sinful nature the Holy Spirit comes to us as blazing fire to burn away all our impurities so that we may be made Holy.
The fire of God brings light to the darkness in our lives. Without the light of God we would stumble around without direction in our lives.
Every altar needs a sacrifice. Every altar needs a fire. Before you can have a sacrifice, something needs to die: we have to die to self so that the resurrection fire can burn out the dross in our lives.
An altar without fire is a temple without God. We must allow the fire to continue its work in us. We must preach with fire, pray with fire, and worship with fire so that we can be ablaze with the Glory of God.
We cannot allow the fire to go out!
After Christ ascended to heaven there was a waiting period of 50 days before the fire came to the Upper Room. Then like a mighty rushing wind the Holy Spirit came and poured out the fire on the people. Peter’s ministry was transformed as the power of the Holy Spirit fire engulfed him and soon after, 3000 were saved.
We too need to be like that and go back to the place of our resurrection, the altar of God’s fire!

Having just returned from ministering in the United Kingdom and the United States I was very encouraged by the thirst by churches for a fresh revelation of the manifestation of the power of the Holy Spirit.
I believe that we are entering a time of renewed expectation within the Body of Christ for revival that will spread across the globe.
Believers are looking for a fresh outpouring of God’s power that will shake the very roots of denominational and tradition that has kept the church in captivity for far to long.
I experienced hunger for the Glory as never before and saw how God was placing a deep desire in the hearts of pastors who for years have had to minister to the needs of their congregation and were never allowed the freedom of the move of the Spirit in their churches.
Yes, a new boldness has suddenly appeared and these same pastors are now speaking the Word with a fire that has set their churches aflame with a new desire to see an outpouring as in the book of Acts.
Be careful and be watchful for in the last days the enemy will come in and show himself powerful with many gullible believers seeing these outpourings as the ‘real thing’.
It will be real when the people are saved, healed and set free, not just one facet of the great commission, but all of the gifts working in unison.
The New Season
For too long we have feasted on the memories of the revivals of yesteryear. Our time of fresh revival is now!
“Arise and shine!
For your light has come!
And the glory of the LORD is raised upon you”.
- Isaiah 60:1 (NJKV)
Notice it says, ‘Arise and shine, you cannot experience revival if you are spiritually dead. The church needs to arise from its slumber before we can expect an outpouring of the Glory that Joel spoke about in his prophesy.
There has to be an expectation in our spirit to see the Glory of the Lord revealed, if we were not spiritually tuned in we would miss the time of His visitation.
Sitting back and marveling at the news of revivals breaking out elsewhere will do us very little good. We have to develop a deep desire to see the flame of God ignited in our own church.
The church has gone through a time of chasing. Chasing after every move that takes place. We need to stop running after the move in other places and ignite the spark of revival that will cause our own churches to be set ablaze. Unless we develop that hunger and desire, we will continue feasting on the crumbs and morsels that fall from the table of those new moves of God that are taking place elsewhere.
“Blessed are those who hunger and thirst after righteousness, they will be filled”
-Matt: 5:6 (NKJV)
The way to bring on revival is through your desire and hunger for an outpouring of His Glory. I do not believe that just sitting back and being encouraged will activate a revival in your church.
We have already experienced a wonderful season of joy and refreshing and have basked in the glow of God’s almighty presence. Now God is looking for carriers of His Glory.
You and I have been selected, appointed and anointed to go forth and turn the world upside down and see a revelation of His majesty touch men and woman all over the world.
Do not just marvel at the news but experience the glory of the season of revival that is taking place.
It is there for every believer who has a desire to experience the freshness of an outpouring that God has for us.
There will be those who will question the move that is taking place right now, as a believer we need to weigh up any move to see if it lines up with the Word.
It has to be seasoned and balanced to ensure that it does not just concentrate on one gift.
If it is not! then it is up to us to come forward, step up a level and ignite a flame that will be without question be the “real thing”.

Dear June Thom,
I am so thankful for Brother David! On Tuesday I wrote in my journal, "Lord please sends someone to impart to me." On Thursday, the Lord sent that impartation. It was through your husband he made that request a reality. As he was ministering, Bother David stopped and pointed to me and began to give a word of knowledge. The power of God came and I found myself in the floor. The next thing I knew Brother David threw his coat over me and said, "Take it!" Being a pastor for 14 years I have experienced times of renewal. This time, however, it was exceptional. The Lord used Brother David tremendously to minister to the people and me. The following Sunday that same glory was present. People came forward to receive Christ and Sunday night we baptized 5 new converts. Glory! Now we are eagerly anticipating August, when Brother David returns and my wife, Debra, and I are certainly looking forward to meeting you. We feel so favored to have the opportunity to be in company with such a man of God.
Sister June, you and Brother David are in our prayers and I believe your best days are ahead.
Your New Friends in Christ,
Pastors Wayne and Debra
The Father is Faithful
My Friend Brother David, Truly, I believe the Lord sent you to us just as he sent Philip to the Ethiopian eunuch who held the Bread of Life in his hands but needed someone to break it for him to receive. Just as the Spirit carried Philip to his next divine appointment, I believe the Spirit is carrying you. I am so thankful. I cannot begin to express to you. My wife just came in and touched my brow and said, "You feel hot." She stuck the thermometer in my mouth. 98.7! I told her it was the fire of the Holy Ghost!
Until the next time!

God is getting ready to do a new thing.
That is a powerful statement of fact that God is making to His people, He is making it to the church today. Nothing, absolutely nothing has changed. That promise that your Heavenly father made to the children of Israel stands today for the church of Jesus Christ.

Living in Africa we are able to see first hand how desperate we are for a Savior. We are faced with worldwide famine and poverty on a massive scale that has seen a constant migration of starving populations from once wealthy nations.

I spent February ministering in Australia and saw the Spirit of the Lord move in a powerful way in the meetings.
